Endless Steps
Heart racing, uncountable beats
Anxiety heightens,
feeling of escape growing strong
Non stop thoughts, Nagging brain
It hammered where it did hurt hard
From one room to another
Hardly few steps away
I died many times with fear
Until i reached his room
Nobody mattered to me
Fear gripped my stomach
It was a transit from this day onwards
On every step i could hear his heavy voice
“ You are sacked “
I fell from top
On the ground i stand
Kalpana’s imagination
